<p><b>Anarchy</b> (from <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greek_language" title="Greek language">Greek</a>: <span lang="el">αναρχία</span> <i>anarchía</i>, "without <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archon#Ancient_Greece" title="Archon">ruler</a>") may refer to any of the following:</p>

<p>A state, free from coercive authority of any kind, is the goal of proponents of the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_philosophy" title="Political philosophy">political philosophy</a> of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anarchism" title="Anarchism">anarchism</a> (anarchists). Anarchy is distinct from <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omniarchy" title="Omniarchy">omniarchy</a>, a chaotic situation in which all rule over all, in the sense that anyone can commit aggression against any other person.<sup id="cite_ref-3" class="reference"><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anarchy#cite_note-3" title="">[4]</a></sup></p>
